The CO-LAB at UNC Charlotte Center City is a space where entrepreneurs and leaders can connect - we were proud to contribute to the transformation of this space. Our team completed a focused upfit within a tight timeframe, reimagining the environment to better support creativity, collaboration, and productivity.

Previously designed as a space for children, the vibrant mix of wall colors brought energy and playfulness, but no longer aligned with the CO-LAB’s new purpose. We introduced a crisp, modern white throughout to create a clean, cohesive backdrop more suited to professional use. Along with improving the existing hardwood and replacing damaged carpet, the result is a space that feels both functional and inspiring - ready to support the next wave of innovation.
